Steve’s responsibilities include oversight of the agency, but he also excels in cost containment, carrier relationship management, creative plan design, and technology consulting. With over 30 years in the employee benefits space, Steve’s knowledge & expertise is a key differentiator when it comes to his client’s success.

Louis M. Vogel

Director of Account Management, Technology & Compliance

Louis joined the IPRG Team around the time the agency was founded. Among his responsibilities,

Louis stays ahead of the rapid acceleration of benefit administration and human resources technology to ensure the assets we offer our clients utilizes the latest capabilities. He enhances the technology and service resources through implementation and client training to ensure our clients are successful with their benefits program and add value to their organizations. He also serves as lead Account and Compliance Manager.

Agent & Benefit Consultant

Marni recently joined the IPRG team as our newest Agent and Benefit Consultant. She has partnered with IPRG for 20 years, specializing in Voluntary Benefits. She now joins our team bringing her expertise for the Voluntary Market to our portfolio of benefit solutions directed to our clients.

Marni demonstrates great aptitude for working with clients and their employees in evaluating and executing their benefit needs. She is extremely skilled in presenting solutions and following up to make sure everything is implemented correctly and smoothly.
